Not eating breakfast is actually more harmful to the body.

So how to drink water in the morning correctly?It's better not to drink the water as follow.

1. Scalding water

Many people like to get up early and boil fresh water to drink. Sometimes they are very eager to drink scalding water. And some people even like to get up early and drink a cup of scalding tea.

3. Sweet drinks

Nowadays, many young people like to drink coffee early in the morning, and some people like to have sweet drinks because the taste of plain water is too light. However sweet drinks contain a lot of sugar. Drinking them on an empty stomach can also increase the risk of obesity and dental caries.
