Don't over-clean these 4 parts of your body

Good personal hygiene is beneficial to health. But sometimes over-cleaning will cause health problems

. These parts of the body are not needed to be over-cleaned.

1. Ear

Frequent ear-picking can cause inflammation. Actually the earwax can keep the outer ear a canal acidic environment and resists the invasion of bacteria outside. If the earwax is over-cleaned, the ear will loss a protection.

2. Nose

Frequent cleaning of the nose can damage the mucous membranes. Picking your nose too often will deform the nose and may damage the capillaries in the mucous membrane.

The nasal passages can make self-cleaning. It is not good to use too much strength to clean the nose or clean it too often. Don't digging your nose with your nails, which will easily damage the mucous membranes and lead to bacterial infections. If the air quality is poor or you are suffering from rhinitis, you can try a nose washer.

3.  The belly button being over-cleaned can easily cause the stomach to catch cold. There are about 1400 kinds of bacteria in the belly button, but most of them are not pathogenic. 4. Teeth
